We initially shared these resources as part of a 12-week weight loss and wellbeing programme we ran from February to July 2023. We have now updated these resources based on your experiences and feedback. We’re delighted to share them again with the thyroid community to support your wellbeing and any weight management goals you may have.

How to use our resources

 

Many guides to healthy living and eating recommend we follow a fixed programme over a number of weeks. For some people this is helpful but most of us find that it is hard to stay motivated long term and feel these strict regimes don’t work for us.

Weight loss is hard and it’s no surprise we lack motivation when we don’t make the progress we had hoped for.

If you are looking for the clear direction of a 12 week programme, just follow the resources, week by week, and take a look at our experts’ suggestions and tips. You can also stay focussed on your goals by charting your progress in the form in the link below.

But if you prefer a less structured approach, that’s fine too. If you’re curious about the ways you could increase the amount of exercise you do, eat and drink more healthily and improve your wellbeing, there’s also something for you.
